MEMORY LOSS

Reason for normal memory loss

  1. Lack of focus
  2. Thinking of too many things
  3. Inability to concentrate
  4. Not being in the present
  5. Stress & anxiety
  6. Disinterest in the subject
  7. Impulsive behaviour

Why the mind can’t recall?

  1. The subject matter has not been registered
  2. There has been careless hearing
  3. You have assumed something else because of preoccupation of the mind
  4. You constantly think you will forget
  5. You are listening under an environment of stress
  6. You are having too many things on your mind
  7. You are disorganised and do not prioritise

What are the corrective actions?

  1. Give time to yourself to make your mind calm by not doing anything for 5 – 10 minutes, once every 3-4 hours. This will energise you, castle your mind, reduce your thoughts. 
  2. Keep a checklist to review all activities which done and/or pending
  3. Practice deep breathing. You will remain in the now.
  4. Ask questions to reconfirmed what you have heard and understood is right
  5. Allocate enough time for each activity. Keep enough time for travel and other requirements.
  6. Do not crowd your day but keep yourself busy, not very tightly scheduled. Be reasonable with yourself. 
  7. Go to sleep early. Your mind will be well rested and active the next day. You cannot perform your activities well when you are sleep deprived.

Desires are not bad at all. But getting attached to them is the one that leads to misery

Desires are not bad at all. But getting attached to them is the one that leads to misery

  1. Live your life in a Spiritual manner. 
  2. Look at your needs and satisfy them definitely. You will be very happy. 
  3. Desire to help others, to spread happiness and health, to see people smile
  4. Desire to share your knowledge, your happiness and your time in the service of the needy
  5. Desire to receive wealth and abundance and be in bliss. This bliss will not come with hoarding but by donating. 
  6. By donating, you receive blessings and more wealth. 
  7. Desire to get good sleep and eat well, not eat to your heart’s content but with discretion. Not to over sleep but to rejuvenate and be fresh and healthy.
  8. Desire to cloth yourself and others too*. Start with an orphanage or a school for poor children 
  9. Desire to heal yourself and others too. Start with your loved ones and your neighbours. 

Please remember this!!

  1. Service should happen with your own hands. When you serve by yourself, you experience the love of giving and receive blessings too. Or else, it goes to the people who do it on your behalf. 
  2. Serve to give. Following it up with a photo shoot is incidental and should not be a part of the plan. 
  3. It is said that the left hand should not know what the right hand gives. So serve incognito. Humility will dawn on you. The experience is truly nourishing.
  4. Lastly, know that you are NOT the owner of the wealth*. You are a keeper of the wealth and you just transfer it before you die. 
  5. God only decides the opportunity that comes your way and the amount of money you make. He decides the people you meet and those that read about you.
  6. God decides who should come to you again and who associates with you in your journey. 

Being Spiritual is being in touch with your core, your Consciousness. When you do all that is said above, you nourish your Soul.

When your Soul is nourished, God hears it. Because he is constantly in touch with your soul.

BEING SPIRITUAL IS NOT LIVING IN POVERTY

If you consider yourself to be a Spiritual person, then this applies to you.

Being Spiritual is not being poor and serving free of cost. If you are doing this, think twice.

It’s important to feel good, feel abundant, feel empowered and enjoy the ability to be able to serve and not to get bogged down by poverty.

For a Spiritual person, money is a means and not an end in itself. But there has to be constant check on the way a Spiritual person treats money too.

Lust for money should not develop in the process of earning it. Lust for money brings a state of perpetual poverty in the mind and Consciousness. It will rob you of your Spiritual power and your peace of mind.

A Spiritual bent of mind has to lead you to Divine Consciousness.

Spirituality has nothing to do with money. It’s everything about how you treat money and your relationships.

Nobody has a right to decide how much you should earn. And no Spiritual person will ever think of discussing it either and such discussions should not be entertained too.

It is your mind that Perceives, Feels and Thinks.. Just go beyond it… Stop analysing or giving everything a meaning.

 

Everything in this world is as perfect as it should be. People are as perfect as they “want to be”.. Let them be.. Do not judge.

 

If you judge, then the truth becomes yours. It is a truth created by “Your Mind”. Then you cannot point a finger at others.

 

This is the technique of going beyond your ego, beyond your own limitations, your ignorance..

 

Once you have achieved this stage, you are in bliss, beyond duality. You are a part of the creation.. A perfect being

The whole idea of being spiritual is *to be in peace with yourself,….. isn’t it?

Its important to start at the most basic level – Just become conscious of what is troubling you. Make a resolve to address it as fast as possible.

Now pray to God to give you the strength to handle it and resolve it. And also take care of the people who may be a part of the situation you are in.

Now, just close your eyes and bring a smile. Do not force it on yourself. Be kind to yourself. Realize that you have surrendered and have the confidence that *your problems are indeed being taken care of.

You will actually see it happening. “Surrender should be total” – please remember this.

 

Its just a matter of time when you will realize that you have come so close to your self within. *There is absolute harmony within you*.

 

You are in touch with your consciousness and there is nothing that is distracting you from *being one with your Consciousness*.

 

You are now a “True Spiritual Being”

Performing Yoga to become a Yogi is living in a fool’s paradise. The effects of the Asanas will wear out in a short time and you will be back to where you were before you began.

Yoga helps you to befriend the unknown and allows your consciousness to direct your life.

Being in yogic awareness is being willingly subdued by the active and conscious practice of surrender and detachment. This practice merges the Consciousness of Body, Mind and Intellect into one single pointed awareness of being in the moment.

Thus through the conscious practice of Yogic Kriyas, your subtle awareness opens up and you discover the deepest secrets of living in bliss and abundance.

And thus, you becomes a Yogi!!

The “Religion of Science” and the “Science in the Religion” are most important.

Science leads to an experience that can be proved and documented. And the science in the religion leads you beyond to a higher state of consciousness as you evolve.

It’s important to believe in the science only and not in any emotional crap marketed by fools only to gather unaware and uneducated idiots and convert them to a belief that is hollow.

Science in a religion has a strong base backed by evidence which are well researched and proven. It becomes a natural progression which proves the existence of a super power called as God.

Every other understanding is just a fairy tale, just a figment of your imagination.

So the learning is to start experiencing. Experience God within. Go inward.

Discussing religion is a pastime of fools.

There’s a big Difference Between – “Being responsible” and “taking responsibility”

Being responsible is performing the right actions and standing up for your values. These actions are neither influenced by the mind or your emotions. They are also not analysed by your intellect.

Taking responsibility is becoming attached to someone else’s environment and your actions taken for them become your own bondage.

In your Spiritual life, you become responsible for your actions only by guiding yourself and then responsibly guide others by standing as an example. Empower others with sound knowledge and values.

When you take responsibility, you get stuck. You become the Doer and take responsibility for the consequences too. You will be stuck forever! You will become a part of someone else’s journey! You may also be blamed for it unnecessarily.

The guilt will not leave you and you will feel responsible for anything and everything that the other person does.

You will begin to relate to every other action of that person and assume they are happening in that person’s life because you did not take responsibility on time.

Keep your journey uninfluenced by anything or anyone. Be happy! Be detached, just be responsible!

Do not take responsibility! Do not get stuck!

Meditating on you as you exist today will not help.

Meditating on you as you exist today will not help.

Meditating on you as you exist today will not help. As you travelled through life, you have changed. Witnessing what you have become over time and contemplating over it is most important.

 

Acceptance of this *Ego-Self* that you have become is the answer. Only then can you drop it to visit your true self within. This will allow the witness of your ‘self’ and help you keep distance from your ‘ego self’, the name by which you are addressed in this world.

 

Thus, as you contemplate in meditation, you with get all the answers on how to close the gap between your ego-self to your true self , your Consciousness

Your emotions decide the way  you feel

The way you feel decides the way  you breathe

The way you breathe decides the way  your heart beats

The way your heart beats decide  your health

What can cause your emotions to get disturbed;

  1.  Attachment
  2.  Expectations

Attachments bind you. You take people for granted and affix a relationship status or a label on them. Then you decide the kind of expectations you have from them. You expect people’s responses according to your expectations. And when you do not get the desired responses, you feel disappointed and blame them. 

It’s all happening from within you. 

See how your body responds to your emotions;

  1. LIVING IN YOUR CURRENT MOMENT – Heartbeat – Slow and relaxed – Feeling of lightness. Your life is easy and comfortable. You are in the here and now. No expectations. 
  2. LIVING IN YOUR PAST – Heartbeat – Laboured – Feeling heavy and bogged down. Your experiences leave a scar on your emotional health from past unresolved expectations.
  3. LIVING IN YOUR FUTURE – Heartbeat – Fast – Feeling confused, incomplete and scared. Your emotions are liable to get scarred as your experiences from your past bring forth future expectations.

LEARNINGS – 

  1. Sort out your past, without expectations 
  2. Live In the current moment, without expectations
  3. Let your future reveal itself, without expectations 

Remember this – Your past should not be your present. But your present can definitely be your future. The future is nothing but your present repeated several times over.
