LIVE YOUR LIFE POWERFULLY – DO THESE 3 THINGS

There are three things that are so powerful that it will make you smile and laugh through life. These are;

  1. Point – 1 Never accept from anyone what you do not want to take
  2. Point – 2 – Do not do what you do not want to do
  3. Point 3 – Live with the knowledge that God is your only friend in this world

Let me clarify the 3 points for you;

  1. Point 1 – Do not accept negative criticism or positive praises as both of them come from individuals who are themselves not perfect. They may change their minds tomorrow and say the opposite which will make you sad or extremely happy. Be wary of people who are extremely nice to you for no reason, unless you know them very well, and you know they genuinely mean well, and have no hidden motive or agenda whatsoever. Always know that your conscience is your best friend. Trust in your conscience for it knows what is best for you. Give yourself a moment to meditate and seek it’s help from deep within. 
  2. Point 2 – When you do not feel like doing something in your daily life, just do not do it. Do not feel obliged to do anything only to make someone happy. Take responsibility for your thoughts and also for the way you feel, and act responsibly. You are your best friend and you should completely trust in your instincts. Ultimately your happiness is everything. Do not do anything that will make you unhappy. 
  3. Point 3 – There are only 2 people in this world who can show you the right way as true friends; who do not have an ulterior motive; One is your Guru and the other is God. These are the only 2 people who do things for you with no expectation in return and wish for the best out of you. I have brought in the element of the Guru because only he can show you the way to seek help from God ultimately.

YOUR KARMA IS EMBEDDED IN YOUR ACTIONS

INVEST IN POSITIVE KARMA TO PROTECT YOU

We all live a perceived reality. And from this perceived reality, we expect a result that is apparently true. It’s all our imagination. Take for example our actions. All our actions are circumstantial, all based on our emotions and perceptions. Only few come from our Consciousness and makes us feel blessed.

UNDERSTAND THIS – We act out of the way we feel. We justify our feelings accordingly. The result are a direct follow through. When we act in a certain way, for example, getting angry, we tend to behave unreasonably. But for us, at the moment, it is completely justified. Then why do we feel sad about our angry state after our state of anger has died down ?

OBSERVE THIS – Our perceptions and imaginations let us down. And the embedded fruit of our actions grow to stare us in the face when the times comes. The apparent reality is not the same as the reality we are going through now. We did not expect sadness to take over after we got angry, most justifiably. We thought we did the right thing. 

REALITY CHECK – The seeds of Happiness or Sadness are already embedded in the actions we perform. And the Karmic effects just follow through as nature’s course of justice. So before we think of doing any action, let us understand the consequences that we will have to live through later !

DIGEST THIS – Our ego builds our Karmic journey. We think it’s a powerful thing. In reality, It’s our worst enemy, living within us, to scuttle our happiness. And we use the ego to make our lives miserable. It’s like we are writing tomorrow’s miserable journey today. Do we really need a miserable life tomorrow by acting out of haste using our ego, today ? 

When your ego bloats you up, do not react. Laugh it out, ignore it and postpone the reaction. Take a deep breathe. Do not respond to it. Let us also not judge the actions of others and compare our lives to feel elated. This is also the play of our ego. 

DEFINITELY NOTE THIS – Tit for Tat reactions give rise to maximum Karmic sufferings. This is a fully ballistic egotistic action. Be careful! 

YOU DON’T DESERVE THIS – Your impulsive behaviour and reactions are bad investments for your future. Build a positive “Future Karma” for yourself. Make your tomorrow a pleasant one. 

PLEASE REALISE THIS – Let us plan what kind of investment we are doing in our life, for our future. When you invest your money, you look for maximum returns, don’t you? But you also see that your money is safe and secure. Don’t you think your life also needs similar planning for the future?

When your money yields good returns, you feel good. Your life should also lead you to live fruitfully, abundantly and happily tomorrow, in the future !

LET YOUR GOOD ACTIONS ACCUMULATE POSITIVE KARMA TO PRETECT YOU IN TIME OF NEED

THOUGHT, WORRY, DOUBT AND KARMA

 A Human is a thinking being. We are always thinking. We are planning, forecasting, and looking to the future of every moment. Our thoughts have become routine depending on the attitude we possess within us. 

Thoughts are actions decided in the virtual worlds, meaning, they are already happening in our minds. When thoughts are clubbed with feelings and emotions, they gain so much momentum that they are converted to actions in the physical world. 

There are five organs of action in us. These are;

  1. Hands
  2. Feet
  3. Mouth
  4. Genitals
  5. Anus

The strength of our thoughts and the conviction we hold to manifest them into the physical world decides the quality of our actions. 

Our thoughts are sometimes riddled with worry too. We do not realise we are worrying till we become conscious of the negative feeling that has taken over us and we feel heavy, inactive, gripped with doubt and fear. And then, fear takes over and makes its decision of. Ot performing any action. 

 Before you do any action, there is a thought. Your thought is virtually action in the subtle world. So when you talk about karma, you should know that your karma, your action, is virtually a thought, a thought mingled with emotion, a thought mingled with doubt, a thought mingled with desire and want. 

I like to do something. There is no intensity in my liking. When I have to do it, it means that I have, within myself, decided to do something with all my might.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY MANIFEST YOUR DESIRES

We all perform actions everyday. Are we truly happy with the result of all our actions? Are our desired results getting fulfilled? 

Actions are always inert. Unless actions are directed by your intent, they remain actions only. Your complete involvement in your actions is the most important thing to manifest your results

When doing (our action) is passive, it’s without awareness. When your consciousness is connected to the doing, then knowing what you are doing makes the activity more profound. 

Your Consciousness is your soul. And your soul is present where your knowing is. Connecting your consciousness to your activity is connecting your soul to that activity. That is the act in pure awareness. Such acts will provide the most fruitful results in life. 

As your soul is connected to the source of universal consciousness, you are able to transcend the limitations of your mind and connect with the source. The vibrations of the information you transmit gains strength and the intensity of vibration becomes multi fold. 

It is your effort to know what you do that makes doing very powerful. When you know what you do, you make things happen for yourself in this lifetime. You are able to manifest your desires.

HOW TO SILENCE YOUR MIND INSTANTLY

We are all disturbed by our thoughts. Our thoughts are projections by our mind. These projections are nothing but unresolved problems /situations / conflicts that require redressal. 

If these thoughts represent your unresolved problems /situations / conflicts, then you need to resolve your problems for your own peace of mind. 

*BUT YOUR ANSWERS ARE NOT IN YOUR MIND*

Your mind can only project what is unfinished. If you can finish it, take the step NOW and resolve it. But, If the mind does not have an answer, and still the mind is disturbing you, there is a simple technique to silence your mind. 

Ask your mind, *What is the answer to “so and so” problem* that the mind is repeatedly projecting to you? 

You will notice that the mind becomes silent immediately. Because the answer is not present in your mind. The mind only projects to you what it cannot resolve. 

*The answer is present in your Consciousness*.

Therefore, To resolve your problems /situations / conflicts, do not fight with your mind. Silence it and then go deep within and gently ask your Consciousness. 

Contemplate and Meditate!

*You can approach your Consciousness only when your mind is silent*.

*REMEMBER, THIS IS A TECHNIQUE TO SILENCE YOUR MIND ONLY*

UNDERSTANDING YOUR THOUGHTS CAN GIVE YOU HAPPINESS INSTANTLY

Conscious living is the key to be happy always. Being conscious of being conscious does the trick. You need to be attentive of what you are thinking and why?

You can easily be driven by all kinds of emotional thoughts but do you realise that you are only hurting yourself by constantly nursing them. Then One-Day you become what these emotional thoughts are representing in themselves. 

EMOTIONAL UNREST IS THE CAUSE 

Unrest in your minds leads to unrest in your immediate environment. Starting with your family members, your neighbours and then to all the passers by, to the people in the traffic. Your emotional unrest paints a different picture of what is being observed by you through the prism of your agitated emotional state. 

The reactions are not harmonious in any way. If you want to be happy seriously, then recognise your thought and the quality of your emotions that you nurse. 

THIS SIMPLE TECHNIQUE CAN GIVE YOU SUCCESS

Let me give you a very simple example to tell you how easy it is to recognise the quality of your thoughts and emotions. Have you ever reared a pet or observed the street dog In front of your house?

You will notice over time their behaviour and the way they approach anyone through their bark and the sounds they make. Remember, you do not understand their language. They only have “Bow Bow” all the time but in our communication, we are used to so many different words and sentences in the language we speak.

But over time, we begin to recognise the bark. Oh! This is a stranger, this is a rag picker, this is a known person from our neighbourhood, he is being fed or he is hungry, he wants to play, he wants to go out to answer the nature’s call, he is sad etc. etc..

It is because of your close observation that you come to know the different barks of the dog. You do not have to be seeing the dog but you recognise it’s bark. 

Another very interesting thing to note is this. If you have ever seen a pup barking or reacting, you realise the same thing. You do not discount the pup’s reaction to stimuli. 

When you can so surely make out the various differences in a dog’s behaviour, can’t you notice the nature of your own very thoughts and emotions going on in your mind?

You are intelligent enough to understand the consequences of entertaining or nurturing negative thoughts and emotions and the havoc it can play in your life. Begin to understand your own self talk or the inner chatter of your mind. 

Recognise it! And understand it. Soon you will learn to discriminate it. And you will realise what thoughts give you happiness.

A POWERFUL MEDITATIVE PRACTICE – 

Our inability to understand in depth of what we see, often as a result of past experiences and conditioning leads us to faulty observation and wrong conclusions. 

To develop right comprehension and a powerfully stable and calm mind, do this simple exercise. 

Sit totally relaxed. Just look at the plain wall in front of you. Do not try to think, judge or wonder. Just keep looking without blinking (avoid as far as possible). After a while, your attention starts to travel inward. 

The emptiness of your stare slowly begins to calm the mind. You breathe becomes quite, calm, simple and totally relaxed. 

This practice is called “Unmani Drishti” in Yoga.

Thinking stops and is replaced by a powerful sense of Joy and Love 🙂♥

When the breath is linked wit…..

When the breath is linked with the movements of the body, the mind gets connected in the process automatically.

As this practiced is continued through the day, the mind gets connected with our consciousness. As the senses are linked to the mind, they get connected with consciousness too.

When we arrive at this level of consciousness, all that we perceive around us is linked to our consciousness. Total clarity and connectivity exists with everything we see, hear, smell, feel and taste. 

Our senses become sharp and we perceive everything the way it is. Our purpose in life is revealed to us. 

This is called blissful existence 🙂❤️❤️❤️
