This program was great in helping me understand my true self. Before this program I had a very unorganized approach to my life and after I feel confident in how to set and accomplish life goals. In this program we identified my strengths, weakness, and regrets that I have in life. Then we were able take all of this information and create a life plan that will enable be to reach my utmost potential. I also learned practices to calm my mind, focus, and meditate. Dr. Ravi is an amazing person to learn from, he deeply cares about each of his patients and will give 100% of his time and effort to curing any and all problems. After leaving this program I have a set of tools I can rely on to help me reach my potential. I definitely believe this was a life changing course and cannot thank Dr. Ravi enough for all his help, I would recommend this program to anyone wanting to achieve more from life.
